Terms and Conditions of Sale – FAJÏA

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “T&Cs”) govern all orders placed on the FAJÏA online store (hereinafter “the Site”), accessible to any user browsing, consulting, or making a purchase.

The FAJÏA store offers prayer outfits and related accessories for sale. By placing an order on the Site, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these T&Cs in full.

1. Purpose
These T&Cs define the rights and obligations of the seller and the customer regarding the sale of products offered by FAJÏA through its online store.

2. Products
The products offered are described and presented carefully. Slight variations in color or material may occur due to different screen displays, lighting, or the manufacturing process.
These variations cannot be considered defects.

3. Prices
Prices displayed on the Site are in euros (€).
They do not necessarily include shipping fees, which are specified at the time of order confirmation.

FAJÏA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be charged at the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.

4. Orders
Any order is confirmed once it is validated by the customer and fully paid.
The customer agrees to provide accurate information (name, address, contact details, etc.). FAJÏA cannot be held responsible for errors causing delays or failed delivery.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped from Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Processing Time: 1–2 business days.
Estimated Delivery: 4–7 business days depending on the destination.

These times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier, peak periods, or customs checks.
FAJÏA cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.

6. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s country.

7. Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene, modesty, and textile reasons, returns are only accepted if the product:

  • Has never been worn

  • Is in its original condition

  • Is returned clean, folded, and in its pouch

The customer has 7 days after receiving the order to request a return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

No refund will be issued if the product shows signs of use.

8. Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, FAJÏA will confirm by email whether the refund is accepted or denied.

If accepted, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (texts, logos, images, visuals, descriptions) is the exclusive property of FAJÏA.
Any reproduction, copying, or use without permission is prohibited.

10. Personal Data
Personal information collected is used solely for order processing.
Customers may request modification or deletion of their data at any time.
