Return & Refund Policy – FAJÏA

At FAJÏA, we take great care in the quality of our prayer outfits. However, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer the option to return it under the conditions described below.

1. Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

2. Return Conditions
For hygiene and modesty reasons, returns are only accepted if the following conditions are met:

• The product has never been worn

• It is clean, with no marks or odors

• It is folded and returned in its original pouch

• The tag (if present) is intact

If any of these criteria are not met, the return will be refused.

3. How to Make a Return

• Order number

• Reason for return (optional)

We will then provide you with the return address.
Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Return Address
Returns are sent to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
The exact address will be provided by email once your return request is approved.

5. Refunds
Once the returned product has been inspected, you will be informed by email whether the refund has been accepted or denied.

• If accepted: The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

• If denied: The product will be returned to you without a refund.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to get a different color or model:

• Return the product according to the conditions above

• Place a new order on the website

7. Promotional Items
Items purchased on promotion are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
